The Ontario Federation of Schools Athletic Association (OFSAA) ‘AA’ girls soccer tournament kicked off in Wallaceburg back in June of 2015.
The Wallaceburg Tartans began the tournament with a 1-1 record, beating Fort Frances 2-0 in their opener at Perry Park. The Tartans got goals from Kaitlyn Vancoillie and Sydney Nutt. Liz VanderVeeken posted the shutout.
Wallaceburg fell in their second game to Belleville Bayside, 2-1. Alyssa Lucier scored the lone Wallaceburg goal.
