Police: B&E investigation in Wallaceburg, executed warrants

Break and enter in Wallaceburg

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday, officers were dispatched to a business on Baldoon Road in Wallaceburg in response to a break and enter.

Officers discovered that sometime over the past week, unknown suspects forced entry into a garage, stealing a concrete cutter and other items valued at $1,800.

Executed warrants

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday morning a 41-year-old Wallaceburg woman was located on James Street.

This woman was known to have an outstanding arrest warrant issued for her failure to comply with her release conditions.

She was arrested for the warrant and later released with a future court date of July 22, 2022.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday evening, a 38-year-old Chatham woman was located on Wellington Street West in Chatham.

This woman was known to have an outstanding arrest warrant issued for her for failing to attend court.

She was later released with a future court date.
