Investigation continues after comic book theft (Photos)

Toy Wars and Collectables have released some surveillance photos, following a break and enter and theft at their 21 Arnold Street business in Wallaceburg.

“This is the person that (broke in) this week,” the business posted on social media.

“If anyone has any information on the break in or can help identify this person, please call Crime Stoppers with your anonymous information. Also please share this if you can, for we can catch this person. We will hopefully be open Monday. Thank you everyone for you concern and for offering help.”

The Chatham-Kent Police Service are continuing their investigation after the break-in.

“On August 26, at approximately 7 a.m., police were called to an insecure premise in the area of Arnold Street, Wallaceburg,” Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege.

“Police learned a front glass window was broken. Unknown suspects entered and stole thousands of dollars worth of comic books.”
