Helen Northcott, owner of Choose a Lifestyle counselling services, is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Practical Nurse serving the Dresden, Wallaceburg and surrounding communities.
Northcott says she provides couples and family counselling, healing support and treatment for trauma, PTSD, grief, loss and addictions.
Northcott, who is located at 460 Brown Street in Dresden, added that she also offers alcohol education, anger and stress management and classes on domestic violence.
