It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that the family of Mary Jean Knazook, age 92, formerly of Wallaceburg, announce her passing on Sept 27th, 2022, at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, in Chatham.
Mary was a resident of Chatham Retirement Resort since May of 2021.
She is the daughter of the late William and Helena (Huwen) Knazook.
Predeceased by one sister Annie Hofmans (1960), two brothers John Knazook (2018), Michael Knazook (2021), sister-in-law Harriet Knazook (2013), three nephews Christopher Knazook (1962), Ronald Knazook (2003) and Florent Hofmans (2016).
Survived and missed by a niece and nephews, Larry and Lynn Knazook, Michele and Steve Brent, and Garry Knazook.
Also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and several great, great nieces and nephews.
The late Mary Knazook rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin Street, Wallaceburg.
Following her wishes, cremation will take place.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
