Two new COVID-19 deaths reported in Chatham-Kent

The Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit provided the latest COVID-19 statistics in the community on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.

Two new COVID-19 deaths have been reported this week.

A total of 90 Chatham-Kent residents have died from the virus since the pandemic began in March of 2020, public health officials say.

Two new outbreaks were declared across Chatham-Kent this week and three remain active in total.

CK Public Health officials say 79 new COVID-19 cases were reported on Wednesday, increasing the total number of cases to 10,280 since the pandemic began.

The current seven day rolling average case count (average number per day) is at 11.
