The last couple of weeks were a busy one at the salon.
We had 2 Toronto trips in one week! Holly at the Dermalogica head office on Tuesday and then Bobbi-Jo and Morgaine spent the weekend in North York at an intensive 2 day nail training with Zrinka Vuksan.
Zrinka, originally from Croatia, now hailing from Vancouver, came to teach a class here in Ontario and our girls were fortunate enough to be able to attend. Zrinka is not only a top educator in our field, she is also a competition judge so she really knows her stuff.
This nail class wasn’t anything like they had learned before. They learned about better posture and eating habits in order to work most efficiently and to care for themselves. They studied and practiced advanced manicuring techniques and nail sculpting and shaping. It was a lot of learning packed into two long days!
The girls are excited to be learning more and advancing their skills and we are happy to be able to support them on their journey. It will be awesome to be able to integrate their new skills into our service menu and be able to share them with you all in the new year.
