Nativity scene vandalized in downtown Wallaceburg

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 4, 2022, at 11:49 a.m., the police responded to St. James Anglican Church on James Street in Wallaceburg for a mischief investigation.

Upon arrival, police observed the nativity scene had been damaged with spray paint.

It is believed the incident occurred sometime overnight.
