Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Shortly after 7 a.m. yesterday a resident of Hudson Crescent in Wallaceburg observed a 45-year-old Wallaceburg man inside his garage, stealing his belongings.
The resident approached the male, resulting in him being assaulted.
The 45 year old Wallaceburg male was arrested for break and enter and assault.
He was transported to Headquarters and later released with a future court date.
