Jewels Recycling focused on sustainability with new location, services and commitment to a cleaner planet

Sarnia-based family business Jewels Recycling Inc. has moved to a larger location at 1419 Confederation Street, enabling the company to accept greater quantities of non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum, brass, copper, copper wire, low recovery wire, lead acid batteries, stainless steel and electric motors.

“We strive to recycle as much as sustainably possible in order to contribute to a cleaner planet,” said Chris Fearon, owner of Jewels Recycling. The company offers wire stripping services, truck scales, and accepts e-waste, in addition to processing small wires through a copper granulator to pay the best prices for the material.

“We’re dedicated to working with our customers to maximize their returns and to sustain the environment and community,” Fearon added.

Jewels Recycling is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. The company can be reached by phone at 519-344-9543 or by email at jewels-recycling@hotmail.com, and more information can be found on their website.
