The cause is undetermined after a fire in Chatham on Wednesday.
“Crews from station #1 & #2 Chatham responded to the end of Wellington Street East (Wednesday) afternoon for a fire involving rubber railroad crossing panels,” fire officials say.
“Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire.”
There were no injuries and firefighters remained on the scene extinguishing hot spots.
