Patricia “Pat” Ann Turner (nee Lozon) passed away peacefully on Thursday November 23, 2023 at the age of 82, with the love of her family surrounding her.
Pat, the daughter of Clarence and Bertha (Grey) Lozon, was the third eldest of 7 children. She will forever be cherished by her siblings Elaine Kilbride (late Bill), Linda Aarssen (Mike), Jeannette Poissant, and Jeff Lozon (Jennifer). As well as her sisters-in-law Kay Lozon (late brother Ron), and Bonnie Lozon (late brother Bill).
Pat lost the love of her life, Joe Turner, in 1991. She spoke of Joe every day, and smiled in adoration when others shared stories of him, or when she would look at pictures of him. Pat was a loving and devoted mother, and will be exceptionally missed by their children Randy, Kendall (Denise) and Charlene. Pat was heartbreakingly predeceased by her eldest son, Chris (2022).
Pat also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, Amanda Turner, Ashley Turner (Michael Stinson), Jessica Fournier (Zheesheebenh), Pete Hensel (Cassandra), Joe Turner (Ashley), Shelbie Hensel (Zack Goetghebeur), Kelsey Turner, McKenzie Turner, Billy Turner (Michelle), Cassidy Turner, and Holley Zurfluh (Nick). As well as 11 great-grandchildren, Zaiden, Preslie, Vivienne, Avah, Olivia, Jace, Charlotte, Delta, Sawyer, Laken, and Josie.
After retiring from Wabtec, Pat became a foster-grandma to many children. She forever held a special place in her heart for those she cared for. She adored visits with these children after they were out of her care, and loved receiving updates from them over the years.
