Entegrus officials say they have been notified by Hydro One of a planned power outage that will affect the Town of Bothwell on Sunday, February 25, 2024 from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m. to repair damaged equipment.
“Customers are being notified by our interactive voice calling system,” Entegrus officials said in a media release.
“If you did not receive a call, please email customerservice@entegrus.com with your updated contact information. We understand it is difficult to be without power and would like to thank residents for their understanding while repairs are being made to the system.”
