Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A woman reported to police that her wallet had been taken out of her vehicle.
Several days after the theft the woman’s cards were used at two local businesses on Queen street north and Queens Line in Tilbury.
Video surveillance at these locations were obtained and the man using the cards was able to be identified.
The man was arrested and charged with fraud under x 2, use of stolen credit card x 2 and possession of stolen property x 2.
The man was released with a future court date of March 18,2024
