WDSS TARTAN BOOSTER CLUB ALUMNI & FRIENDS
GOLF TOURNAMENT
Saturday June 8, 2024 – St. Clair Parkway Golf Course
NEW — Early Bird Entry: Register prior to March 31st
- Cost – $400 per team of 4
After March 31st – Cost – $500 per team of 4
Includes – 18 holes of golf, cart, dinner and prizes and competitions. Shotgun start @ 1 pm.
Dinner to follow.
To Register for the Tartan Booster Club Alumni & Friends Golf Tournament, please follow these
steps:
- Email tartanboosterclub@gmail.com with the names of all 4 of your team members, as
well as the team captain. If you can include emails for your team members that would
be great. - You will receive an email confirming your interest. Please send the $400/$500 payment
to tartanboosterclub@gmail.com Once payment is received your spot will be reserved.
All payments are due by May 15th
. - Further details will be forwarded to team captains closer to the date of the tournament.
This will include information about parking, registration times, as well as starting
location for your team. Please keep an eye on your emails.

Dear local business owner:
The WDSS Tartan Booster Club is looking forward to hosting our Second Annual Alumni Golf Tournament on Saturday June 8, 2024 at the St. Clair Parkway Golf Course in Mooretown. The Booster Club is looking to fundraise for many future projects to improve and expand opportunities for our students. As we prepare for this event, we are looking for local businesses to partner with us as a sponsor for the tournament. There are several ways for your business to get involved:
Title Sponsor – Covering the cost of the green fees for the day of the tournament. The dollar amount would be determined by number of registrants in the tournament. This sponsorship means business advertising on any of our public ads for the tournament. This includes social media, radio and print ads.
On the day of the tournament, your business would be featured at the registration table, during the post- golf dinner, as well as signage around the course. Additionally, your business name and logo would be included on promotional swag that is handed out at the tournament.
Platinum Sponsor – A donation of your choosing over $1000 value. Terms of this donation can be negotiated as necessary. Please contact us for more details.
Gold Sponsor- $1000 donation means business advertising on any of our public ads for the tournament.
Your business will also be featured on signage around the course on the day of the tournament.
Silver Sponsor- $500 donation would be used as prize money for hole competitions. This would mean advertisement at a particular tee/green of 1 hole on the day of the tournament. Signage with your business name and logo would be posted at the hole and would be attached to the prizes awarded for hole competitions (For example, prize for longest drive).
Bronze Sponsor- $100 donation would be used for team prizes for the tournament. These would be handed out during the tournament for pre-determined criteria, such as lowest score, etc. Business advertising would be included with prize handouts on the day of the event.
Prize Donation – A donation of a prize to be used at a raffle table or as door prizes on the day of the event. Examples of prizes could include gift cards, company shirts or clothing, donation of a purchased items (sports memorabilia, BBQ, camping chairs, etc.). Business advertising would be attached to each prize that is handed out.
Please note: Income tax receipts are available for any donation over $20
