“The Crazy Legs Special makes its annual return to the SCCC.
As of today, there is room for three more teams.
This year will be especially meaningful as our club said goodbye to our dear friend, Ken “Crazy Legs” Murphy, the greatest ambassador for the Sydenham Community Curling Club and the sport of curling (shown in the picture above from 1990).
The three-day bonspiel will begin Friday, March 22 through to Sunday, March 24, 2024.
You can expect some great curling, live music, horse races, draws, and of course cold beer!
This event would not be the success it has been without our wonderful volunteers.
The sign up sheet for drivers is in the foyer of the club and the easel with time slots for volunteer activities will be going up shortly.
