Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday afternoon police responded to a business on Talbot Street West in Blenheim for a theft complaint.
Through investigation it was found that a female had taken confidential documents from the business.
The 27-year old female was located and arrested for theft and possession under $5,000.
The female was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and held pending a bail hearing.
