Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On April 4, 2024, at 3:32 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Via Rail on Queen Street in Chatham.
Officers arrived and located the woman.
The woman was wanted on an outstanding warrant related to a February 24, 2024, investigation in Charring Cross.
The 44-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where she was released with conditions and a future court date of April 29, 2024.
She was charged with being unlawful in a dwelling.
