Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night at approximately 7:27 p.m., members of Community Patrol and the Traffic Management Unit conducted a R.I.D.E program on Longwoods Road in Chatham.
As a result, 109 vehicles were checked, one test was administered and one Provincial Offences Notice as issued.
