Congratulations are in order for Lisa Thompson-Power, this year’s Back-to-School 50/50 Raffle winner for the St. Clair Catholic District School Board.
Thompson-Power’s lucky ticket, #B-16547, was drawn at random at noon Thursday at the SCCDSB Catholic Education Centre in Wallaceburg.
She will take home $14,920, half of the $29,840 jackpot.
The board thanked everyone who supported this year’s raffle and helped make a difference for its schools, students and Catholic education. The board said it will launch its Christmas Raffle in mid-October, giving the community another chance to win.
