Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On April 9, 2024, at 12:48 a.m. the Lakeshore Ontario Provincial Police contacted the Chatham-Kent Police Service to advise they had the man in custody.
The man was wanted for failing to attend court in Chatham in relation to a February 2022 investigation.
The 45-year-old Windsor man was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service, where he was held pending a bail hearing.
He is currently facing the following charges: careless driving, unauthorized possession of a firearm and failing to attend court.
