Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 8:46 a.m., police located the man on Grand Avenue East in Chatham.
The officer confirmed he was wanted on an outstanding warrant resulting from an October 2023 mischief investigation.
The 48-year-old Chatham man was arrested and released with a future court date of May 27, 2024.
He is currently facing the following charges: break and enter and mischief.
