Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night police responded to a residence on Taylor Avenue in Chatham for a domestic dispute.
Through investigation it was determined that the male party at the residence had broken a camera on the property and was on release conditions relating to the female at the residence.
The 32-year-old male was arrested for Mischief Under $5,000 and five counts of Failing to Comply with his Release Order.
The male was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and held pending a bail hearing.
