Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night police responded to a single motor vehicle collision in the area of Pinehurst Line in Harwich.
Through investigation the officer believed the male driver was driving while impaired by alcohol.
The male was arrested and transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for breath tests.
The 52-year old male of Harwich was charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit and was later released with a future court date of May 13, 2024.
