Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 11:38 p.m., police located the man on Michael Avenue in Tilbury.
The man was wanted on an outstanding warrant for a May 6, 2024, break and enter at Tilbury Memorial Park.
The 37-year-old Chatham-Kent man was transported to police headquarters, where he was released with conditions and a future court date of June 10, 2024.
He is currently charged with break and enter, theft and possession of stolen property.
