Sarnia Police Service officials allege: The Sarnia Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 21-year-old female, Kelsi Manning.
Ms. Manning was last seen on March 30th, 2024, in the area of Christina Street and Exmouth Street in Sarnia.
Ms. Manning is described as an indigenous female.
She is approximately 5’2″ and weighs approximately 125 lbs. with brown eyes and long straight blonde hair.
She has a cookie monster tattoo on her right forearm.
