Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 1:53 p.m., police were advised the Canadian Pacific Railway Police had the man in custody on Colborne Street in Chatham.
The man was wanted on an outstanding DNA warrant.
The 48-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was processed and released.
