With the support of executive recruitment firm Logic Executive Search and Workplace Solutions, Community Living Wallaceburg is proud to announce the appointment of local resident Susan Krogman as their new Director of People & Culture.
Susan is a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) who brings over 25 years of experience in all aspects of human resource management with demonstrated success in implementing HR strategies and enhancing employee engagement.
She is also a certified Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) member with hands-on experience managing claims, return to work and accommodation. Susan and her family are also established members of the Wallaceburg community.
“Along with guiding our Human Resources Department Susan will be a leading figure in our continued focus on workplace culture and wellness, which ultimately translates to excellent support for the people we serve” states Executive Director Roger Romses, in a press release.
“She will be an great addition to our Agency.”
Krogman started her new role with the Agency on Monday, May 13, 2024.
