Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday at approximately 8:15 p.m., police were called in regards to a Single Motor Vehicle Collision in the area of Duart Road in Orford Township.
The 22-year-old driver was transported to hospital with minor injuries and was subsequently arrested for Operation While Impaired.
The 22-year-old man was later released with a future court date.
