OPP officials allege: On Thursday June 13, 2024, at just before 11 p.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a residence in the 8000 block of Francis Street, Brooke-Alvinston Township in relation to a reported break and enter.
Officers attended the location and received information from the victim regarding a break and enter into the residence.
The victim was able to identify the suspect who had fled the location prior to police arrival.
Shortly after, OPP were able to locate and arrest the suspect, without issue.
A 39-year-old Enniskillen Township man has been charged with the following:
– Break, Enter Place – Commit Indictable Offence
– Trespassing at Night
The accused has been held into custody pending a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice – Sarnia on June 14, 2024.
