Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 4:27 p.m., in the area of Murray Street, in Chatham, police located a man with an outstanding warrant for theft under $5,000, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
The 33-year-old Chatham man of no fixed address was subsequently arrested and later released with a future court date.
