With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Cheryl Anne English, “Big Mama“ on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Chatham Kent Health Alliance. Daughter of the late Stanley and Mary Yacks. Born in Wallaceburg 66 years ago. Sister of Mary Ellen Fox (late Gerald), Russell Yacks (Mary), Roz (Dominic), Wayne Yacks (Deb), Pam McKay (Gary). Cheryl is survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nephews and nieces , as well as numerous extended camping family. Big Mama and Jimbo enjoyed camping for 40 years at Lorne C. Henderson campground. She will also be missed by her fur baby Captain Morgan. She will be remembered as a lady who loved fishing, camping, travelling, and crafts. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date. Donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
