Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 9:45 a.m., police located the man on Lawrence Avenue in Wallaceburg.
The officer confirmed the man was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court in relation to probation violations.
The 58-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was held pending a bail hearing.
He is currently facing the following charges: failing to attend court and failing to comply with a probation order.
