Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On August 4, 2024 around 8 a.m., while being arrested in relation to a shoplifting incident, a 42-year-old Chatham man was also found to be in possession of various drugs including fentanyl, powder cocaine, crack cocaine and methamphetamine.
As a result the man was further charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and was later released with conditions and a future court date.
