The ‘Fill The Bus’ initiative is taking place on Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Wallaceburg for the Salvation Army.
Organizers say drop off locations are being set up at No Frills and Dollar Tree, while Courtesy Cab will also be accepting donations.
“Let’s support and have fun… see you there,” organizers say.
The Salvation Army will be accepting the following items:
– Juice boxes
– Healthy school snacks
– Canned fruit
– Canned vegetables
– Tuna
– Canned meat
– Vegetable soup
– Chicken soup
– Soda crackers
– Pasta sauce
– Rice dishes
– Pancake mix and syrup
– Jam
– Oatmeal
– Condiments
