Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On July 25, 2024, police responded to a suspicious person investigation on Lorne Avenue in Chatham.
Through investigation the officer formed grounded to charge the woman for break and enter into the residence of a person known to her.
When the woman was not located a warrant was issued for her arrest.
On August 28, 2024, at 2:42 a.m., police located the woman on St. Clair Street in Chatham.
The 43-year-old Chatham-Kent woman was arrested and released with a future court date of September 23, 2024.
She has been charged with break and enter.
