Be a leader and champion for palliative care!
We are currently looking for a compassionate, collaborative healthcare professional to join our Hospice Care team as Clinical Coach.
This role will provide palliative care coaching and mentoring to staff, collaborate with leaders of community organizations on local service integration, consult with community organizations on complex clinical care cases and support Indigenous communities.
The personal benefits of this role include:
🔵 Salary Range: $83,000 – $97,500 (based on years of experience and qualifications)
