Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, the police attended an address on Merritt Line in Chatham.
A 57-year-old Chatham man and a 50-year-old Chatham woman were present at this address.
Through investigation, it was found that both the man and woman had assaulted each other.
Both parties were arrested and charged with assault and released with a future court date of November 4th, 2024.
