Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday at approximately 5 p.m., police were called to a residence on Joseph Street in Chatham.
Police learned that a male party had attended a residence in contravention of his release conditions.
A 29-year-old male was located and arrested.
The male has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
