Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: This morning at approximately 1:22 a.m., police located a male party on Merlin Road who had an outstanding warrant for Fail to Attend Court.
The 23-year-old Tilbury man was arrested and found to be in possession of break and enter tools as well as copper wire.
The man was transported to Headquarters and held in custody pending a Bail Hearing.
