Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 8:54 p.m. an outside agency notified the Chatham-Kent Police of a burnt-out truck that was located.
The registered owner was from the Baldoon Road area in Chatham and was not aware the vehicle was even taken.
It was last seen earlier in the day.
