Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A disturbance call was received at 2:44 pm by Chatham-Kent Police for an address on Harvey Street Chatham.
A 58-year-old man was located and found to be on conditions not to be in Chatham-Kent.
The man was arrested and taken to Chatham-Kent Headquarters where he was held for bail.
