Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Saturday, November 9, 2024, at approximately 3 a.m., police were conducting a property check at a business in the area of Indian Creek Road in Chatham.
While checking the area, police discovered a motor vehicle that had appeared to be involved in a motor vehicle collision.
Upon further investigation, a 21-year-old male was later arrested for operation while impaired.
