Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday at approximately 10 a.m., an officer while on general patrol, observed a 41-year-old Wheatley woman who was known to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
She was arrested for the charge of fail to comply, transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, and later released with a future court date to answer to the charge.
