Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 32-year-old Chatham man was arrested on outstanding warrants following a pedestrian stop on Third Street. He was wanted for failing to attend court after being charged for breach of probation on December 24, 2024. He is currently facing the following charges: failing to comply with a probation order, failing to comply with a release order, and two counts of failing to attend court. He was subsequently held in custody and is pending bail.
