Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 13, 2025, at approximately 5:58 a.m., the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a break and enter which was in progress in Raleigh Township.
A 37-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman, both from Wheatley, along with a 42-year-old Leamington man entered a fenced compound with the intention of committing an indictable offence.
They were located and arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service.
The accused were charged with one count of breaking and entering and one count of possession of property under $5,000.
Subsequently, the 37-year-old man who was identified in a previous occurrence for theft and is currently being held for bail.
The 32-year-old woman and the 42-year-old man were both released with a future court date of March 17, 2025.
