Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 13, 2025, at approximately 2:35 p.m., a 26-year-old Chatham man surrendered himself at the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters for a warrant related to an Intimate Partner Violence investigation where he was charged for assault, utter threats and assault to cause bodily harm. The accused is currently being held for a bail hearing.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On February 13, 2025, at approximately 7:50 p.m., a 31-year-old Chatham-Kent woman, who is the subject of an endorsed arrest warrant for theft under $5,000, was located in Wallaceburg and arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service. She was released with a future court date of March 17, 2025.
