A youth, who had been reported missing in Wallaceburg, has been located safe.
“The Chatham-Kent Police Service is pleased to confirm that the 14-year-old girl previously reported missing has been safely located and is in good health,” police officials say.
“We extend our sincere thanks to members of the public, media partners, and all those who assisted in the investigation. Out of respect for the privacy of the youth and her family, no further information will be released. We kindly ask that members of the public and media remove any images of the youth that may have been shared during the search efforts. The Chatham-Kent Police Service remains committed to the safety and well-being of all members
of the community.”
The youth had been reported missing to the police on the evening of March 30, 2025.
