CK Tree Care marks Earth Day with special tree-planting initiative with Wallaceburg Christian School students (Video)

CK Tree Care marked Earth Day with a special tree-planting initiative, bringing together local students in an effort to contribute to the environment.

A total of 33 trees were planted at Riverview Cemetery in Wallaceburg with the help of 33 students from Wallaceburg Christian School’s third and fourth-grade classes.

Owner Greg Pilecki explained how the location was chosen and the types of trees selected for the project.

The event was not only a way to enhance green spaces but also an opportunity for young students to learn about nature and take part in a hands-on activity that benefits their community.

With the sun shining on this meaningful day, the students enjoyed being outdoors, learning about the importance of trees, and taking pride in their contributions to Wallaceburg.

The collaboration between CK Tree Care and the school turned into a rewarding experience, showcasing the power of local businesses working together with the younger generation for a brighter, greener future.
