Members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service joined the community on Saturday for the 16th annual Breakfast with Santa, hosted by East Side Pride at the WISH Centre.
The event brought families together for a morning of holiday spirit, warm meals and community connection. Police personnel helped prepare and serve breakfast alongside volunteers, ensuring more than 250 people enjoyed a hot meal.
Special Constable Cory Henry, Constable Marko Sapateiro, Staff Sergeant Cole Abbott, retired Sergeant Jim Lynds and Deputy Chief Jason Chickowski all donated their time to support the event and engage with families.
The police service said events like this demonstrate the strength of the community and the value of giving back.
CKPS expressed gratitude to East Side Pride for the invitation and to everyone who participated in the morning of holiday cheer.
